Attack and Defensive Stike

  • Chose 3 short drills type 2 in 1 combo.  Move of Attack and defensive stike drills.  Make it a daily training or weekly and do 3 drills in 1 minute for 20 times.. at least 3 times a week. It burns fat and make your muscle move. Another thing is this training develops your body mechanic in stiking moves in case of emergency. Don't belief it! Belief and Be Alive!
